REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds on Completed Sessions

All completed training sessions, classes, and digital products are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a class credit.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session fee.

3. Membership & Challenge Refunds

  • Weight Loss Challenge: No refunds after registration.

  • Monthly Memberships: Refunds only available for cancellations within the first 72 hours of initial sign-up.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be granted in special cases (medical emergencies, trainer cancellations, etc.) at the discretion of management.
